REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Technical Publishing Failures:
If your payment was processed but a technical glitch prevented your server from appearing, 100% of your payment will be refunded.

Duplicate or Overcharged Payments:
If multiple charges occurred for the same bid due to connection issues, extra funds are automatically refunded.
